    This should information is great. You could improve it by also displaying it in the cost per person as population growth alone accounts for a decent amount of the increase. Additionally, on my auto insurance it shows I pay almost 20% of my insurance to cover “uninsured motorists” so within these numbers the cost of the uninsured is buried. You need to expose the cost to each of the insured to cover the free riders in the system.
